IE Access has a full in-house scaffolding workforce that ensures we can monitor, train, and mentor our workforce, based upon their ability and rate of learning. By not using subcontract labour we are able to know the capabilities of our site personnel, and allocate works according to their ability and suitability for the task.

IE Access gives scaffolding personnel on-going and in-house training, and not just to industry standards. We pride ourselves on continual CPD for all of our scaffolding personnel. This ensures that our robust safety protocols and systems of works are better understood, increases compliance, reduces risk, and offers long terms health benefits to our scaffolders.

IE Access leads from the top, and our Directors commit to regular site visits to meet with our site and client teams. We ensure that all scaffolding personnel are given the opportunity to discuss concerns & innovation ideas with the Board of Directors, all of whom are experienced ex-scaffolders.
